These terms govern the use of the Miou and Wuff website (miouandwuff.com), product enquiries placed via WhatsApp or phone, and grooming services booked at either of our Ahmedabad stores. By visiting us or contacting us, you agree to what’s set out below.

1. About the website

This website lists products we keep in stock at our physical stores. Listings show the latest information we have on price, packaging, and availability, but they are an invitation to enquire — not a binding offer. We confirm final price, stock, and packaging when you place an order with us in person or via WhatsApp.

2. Product information

• Photos are illustrative; actual packaging may differ slightly when manufacturers refresh designs.
• Weights, flavours, and variants are listed where available — if a specific variant matters to you, please confirm with us first.
• Prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise noted, and quoted in Indian Rupees.

3. Orders and delivery

• Orders are placed in person at either store, or by WhatsApp message to +91 70434 84281.
• We offer free local delivery across most of Ahmedabad on orders that meet our minimum threshold — ask us at the time of order.
• Payment is collected on delivery or at the store: UPI, cards, and cash are accepted.

4. Returns and exchanges

• Sealed, unopened products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if you have the receipt.
• Opened food, treats, or hygiene products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
• Defective items — please bring them back to us with the receipt and we’ll replace or refund per the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Custom-ordered items and special imports are non-returnable.

5. Grooming bookings

• Sessions are by appointment. Please arrive 5 minutes before your slot.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur up to 50% of the session price.
• No-shows are charged the full session price.
• We reserve the right to pause or stop a session if your pet shows signs of distress, aggression, or a medical issue that needs a vet. We will always discuss this with you first.
• Membership plans are personal to your pet, non-transferable, and valid for the duration mentioned in the plan.

6. Pet safety and conduct

Your pet’s safety is our priority. To keep every pet safe, we ask that you:

• Inform us in advance about any medical conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, or behavioural concerns.
• Bring proof of recent vaccination for grooming visits.
• Keep your pet leashed or carried while in the store.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a safety risk to staff, other animals, or themselves.

7. Liability

We take the utmost care with every pet that visits us. While accidents are extremely rare, we ask you to understand that grooming involves clippers, water, and warm dryers around a living animal — minor sensitivities or skin reactions can occasionally occur, particularly with sensitive pets. Our liability is limited to the value of the service or product in question. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Use of the website

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial browsing. You may not scrape, copy, or republish our product listings, photographs, or written content without written permission.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
